Losses due to liver abscesses can be significant for feedyards, and packers. Tylan Premix is indicated to reduce the incidence of liver abscesses caused by Trueperella pyogenes, and Fusobacterium necrophorum in beef cattle (steers and heifers) fed in confinement for slaughter.
